About CCW Transport Services...
One Call Does It All...
While we are still a small carrier, we are constantly striving to increase our capacity, improve our level of customer service, enlarge our area of operations and -- in short -- become the only carrier you will need to handle all of your freight transportation needs.

Whether you have a need for something as simple as moving a regular flatbed load across the state, or moving a complex piece of machinery across the nation -- we here at CCW can handle these needs easily.

Our guiding philosophy here at CCW is that we treat each and every customer as if they were our ONLY customer, catering to their needs without prioritizing their shipments below others.

John Carter
John began his career in the trucking industry in 1979, hauling produce from Nogales, AZ to Toronto, Canada on a regular basis.  John tired of the produce business fairly quickly, though, and moved on to other types of freight such as refrigerated box & swinging beef and lamb.  Later, John moved into the flatbed industry where he remains to this day hauling everything from construction materials to military hardware, combat vehicles, and oversized/ overweight cargos of all types.
NEWS
CAT Paver
We recently had the opportunity to move a brand spankin' new paving machine from Idaho Falls, ID to Orange County, CA for a customer.

The machine weighed in at a little over 44,000 pounds, and was almost 11-feet wide.

It necessitated using our 40-ton lowboy with a removeable goose-neck, so that the paver could be driven up onto the trailer.
Curtis Wright R3550 Engines
We recently had the honor of moving four Curtis Wright R-3550 28-cylinder radial piston engines from Grangeville, ID to Auburn, ME.

These engines had been re-built by the premier radial engine rebuilder in the nation, and were destived for the 1960's era Constellation aircraft that was being restored by Lufthansa Airlines of Germany.
1985 Freightliner FLD-120
One of our east-coast customers recently bought a "new" tractor from a seller here on the west coast.  Naturally, he called us when he wanted to get it back to Pennsylvania.

Since the tractor stood over 14' on our flatbed, we had to take some measures to bring it down below the 13'-6" height limit east of the Mississippi River -- but, with that accomplished, we delivered the tractor on time, and in the same condition it was in when we loaded it.
